Contour to appoint £22m framework panel

Contour Housing Group, the registered social landlord with 20,000 properties under its control across 27 local authorities, is looking for contractors for a £22.5m framework agreement to deliver planned maintenance and improvement programmes in the North West.

The work will involve repairs to roofs, windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, and heating systems, as well as electrical upgrades and miscellaneous internal joinery.

Contour anticipates that up to six contractors will be on the framework with work scheduled to start in April 2010. Between three and six firms will be invited to tender on 28 September following the submissions of pre-qualification questionnaires by 8 September.
