Consultation on South Liverpool blueprint

BDP with King Sturge, Inner City Solutions and Martin Stockley Associates are hosting a series of events to get feedback on a strategic regeneration framework for South Liverpool.

Liverpool Vision commissioned the team of consultants to produce plans for driving the South Liverpool International Gateway, an area covering Speke, Garston and Hunts Cross and the major employment area spanning Speke Boulevard.

The SRF will provide planning, development and design guidance, "communicating Liverpool Vision's and Liverpool City Council's aspirations for the area, providing an efficient and transparent development and investment framework that offers all parties a clear vision, purpose and direction for South Liverpool over a 15-20 year time period ensuring its future is successful and sustainable."

The consultant team are holding a second series of consultation events where the general public, local employers, landowners and stakeholders are invited to view and comment on the Draft SRF Document. The events are to be held at the following dates and venues:

27 September: 1pm – 7 pm, Parklands Library, Conleach Road, Parklands, Speke L24 0TY

28 September: 9am – 1pm, Sunflower Centre, Speke Road, Woolton L25 8QA

1 October: 9am – 2pm, Garston Urban Village Hall, 70 Banks Road, Garston L19 8JZ
