Consultant team chosen for Cheshire East framework
Buttress, Purcell, Waterman Group, and Aecom are among the winners on Cheshire East’s three-year construction and property consultancy framework, covering projects including schools, leisure centres, and community buildings.
The £3.8m framework, which runs for three years with the option for a 12-month extension, covers a wide range of disciplines including heritage architecture, structural engineering, quantity surveying, and building services engineering.
As well as Cheshire East council projects, the framework is also open to other developers including the Tatton Estate, and Cheshire East’s development company, Engine of the North, which is developing the 1,700-home Handforth Garden Village.
Split across eight lots, there are two or more winners per lot, which are:
