Construction supplier takes Ashton unit
A 26,000 sq ft warehouse in Ashton-under-Lyne has been let on a 10-year lease to CCF, a subsidiary of Travis Perkins.
The unit in Margaret Street was previously occupied by Barcrest Group and comprises a self-contained warehouse unit with extensive yard and car parking. The premises are located close to Ashton town centre.
Travis Perkins is one of the largest suppliers to the UK's building and construction industry with a national network of 600 branches. The company provides more than 100,000 products to trade professionals. CCF specialises in interior building products such as insulation, drywall, ceilings, partitioning, flooring and fire protection.
CBRE and Nolan Redshaw represented the landlord whilst Travis Perkins was represented by CP Property Consultants.
