Construction set to start on 2,200-space Alderley car park
Caddick Construction has been appointed to build a 2,227-space, seven-storey car park for BruntwoodSciTech at Alderley Park in Cheshire.

The car park, designed by BDP, will include disabled spaces and electric vehicle charging points.
The block will be clad in vertical fins, as well as a mix of façade treatments, as well as a living green wall and climbing plant system.
Landscaping work to improve the public realm, green space and pedestrian environment will also be delivered.

The Caddicks team are delivering a high-quality transformation of the facility and this new car park project will help to build on the continued success of the site to the borough.”
