Connect hires CBRE to find relocation base

CB Richard Ellis has been retained by Connect Internet Solutions to acquire a 8,000 sq ft office either in Liverpool city centre or Speke, south Liverpool.

Connect is currently based in Liverpool Innovation Park on Edge Lane where it has 17,000 sq ft and intends to activate a lease break in January 2010.

CBRE secured the instruction following a tender including most of the local agents.
