Connaught wins £2m Eastland Homes refurbs

Eastlands Homes Partnership, a housing association formed in 2003 to take over 2,800 of east Manchester's former council homes, has appointed Connaught to carry out refurbishments in 500 properties.

The £2.1m contract will see Connaught, headquartered in Exeter, rewire and fit new kitchens and bathrooms in the houses.

Eastland Homes has spent £45m on home improvements in the past six years. Connaught also works for the Parkway Green Housing Trust in Wythenshawe.
