Community Solutions awarded Cheshire PCT contract

Western Cheshire Primary Care Trust has awarded Community Solutions for Primary Care with an £11m contract to design, construct, finance and lease the new Frodsham and Helsby Integrated Resource Centre.

The contract agreement involves Community Solutions for Primary Care selecting a shortlist of development partners for the scheme and a panel for future projects in the programme.

Community Solutions for Primary Care provide investment in community-based health, social and local authority services. It also provides solutions in partnership with NHS primary care trusts, local authorities, independent primary care contractors and other community stakeholders.

Primary Asset and Assura Group are amongst those developers being retained on a shortlist for potential future schemes in the Frodsham programme by Western Cheshire Primary Care Trust.
