Colliers to open in Liverpool

Colliers International has announced that it will establish a small Liverpool office in India Buildings, to provide a base to better serve clients in the city region.

Colliers will occupy a 390 sq ft suite on a three-year lease in the Water Street building, which is within Liverpool's central business district.

Andy Delaney, director of development consultancy and agency, will be based in the office, while the rest of the Colliers North West team will work across Manchester and Liverpool.

Current projects which Colliers is advising on in the region include St Modwen's Greater Homer Street retail park, and the £175m Cains Brewery Village in Baltic Triangle.

Andrew McFarlane, Colliers director and head of North West, Liverpool & Manchester city regions, said: "Although the move is small in terms of square footage, we see this deal as a significant statement on our intentions to cement our position as a long term partner of the City of Liverpool, and an influential player in the Northern Powerhouse movement. Over time, we expect to grow our presence in Liverpool."

The Colliers Liverpool office is now open.
