Colliers CRE, which has a Manchester office serving the North West, announced this morning that it had suspended its shares with immediate effect.
The company has suspended its shares on AIM pending the conclusion of a 'substantial refinancing'.
It said it is in the closing stages of the refinancing, which includes an equity raising.
In announcement made on the London Stock Exchange this morning, Colliers said it is also not in a position to release its half year results to 30 June 2009, pending conclusion of the refinancing.
Shares were suspended at 39.25p.
