Colliers hires retail agent from DTZ

Tom Prescott has joined the retail agency team at the Manchester office of Colliers International as associate director from DTZ.
At DTZ, Prescott worked with regional and national landlords, developers, investors and retailers in the North and the Midlands.
Mike Walker, head of Colliers International in Manchester, said: "Tom's appointment will enable us to service our local and national retail clients in the region. Tom will also be an important part of our successful national retail team which is currently on the expansion trail."
