Colliers hires graduate in pubs team
Heather Blenkinship has joined the licensed and leisure department at the Manchester office of Colliers International as a graduate surveyor.
The Sheffield Hallam University graduate will advise on the disposal of licensed premises, valuations and rent reviews and general advice to clients on public houses, nightclubs and restaurants.
Blenkinship graduated with BSc Hons in urban land economics and worked on a placement with Colliers in 2008. She joined the Colliers Leeds office a year ago and will relocate from there to Manchester. Three members of Collier's Leeds licensed and leisure team recently joined CBRE.
She said: "Colliers International is a leading player in the licensed and leisure sector with a large number of major operators as clients and I very much look forward to progressing my career with the agency."
She will report to Colin Siebert, director of the five-strong licensed and leisure team for the North West at Colliers. He said: "Heather is an excellent and outstanding addition to our growing team and has already provided invaluable advice and support to our clients."
can you change the last paragraph to read: "She will report to Colin Siebert, director of the five-strong licensed and leisure team for the North West at Colliers. He said: "Heather is an excellent and outstanding addition to our growing team, she can down 2 pints of cider in 30 seconds and has already provided invaluable answers on the who wants to be a millionaire machine."

Oh dear. Something tells me someone at CBRE is still smarting over the loss of the M&B contract.
