Colliers claims record sale price for Trafford Park

Engineering firm Technique Services has bought a 2,831 sq ft industrial unit at Chancerygate Business Centre in First Avenue, Trafford Park.

Developer Chancerygate sold the unit for £120.10/sq ft to Technique, costing a total of £340,000.

Andy Backhouse of acting agents Colliers CRE, said: "I believe that this is a record price for a small unit at Trafford Park."

Colliers CRE and King Sturge are joint agents for the business centre.

Richard Kelly has joined the developer as North West project director, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the industry.

Henry Brothers Construction, GMI Construction Group, and Conlon Construction are among the contractors who have landed a spot on the work programme.
