Colliers brings chemicals supplier to Trafford Park

MG Chemicals, a manufacturer and wholesaler of chemical products for the electronics industry, is to house its European sales office in Trafford Park following a deal brokered by Colliers International.

The Canadian business has taken a five-year lease on a 5,188 sq ft unit, the only currently available space on Ashburton Park on Wheel Forge Way.

Laura Wilbourn, surveyor, industrial and logistics at Colliers’ Manchester office, said: “The letting to MG Chemicals proves the enduring popularity of Trafford Park as a strategically positioned location offering easy access to the regional motorway system and ongoing connectivity to the wider North and destinations further afield.”
