College revamp planned for Fleetwood

Blackpool & the Fylde College have published the brief for a tender worth up to £5m to refurbish the main campus in Fleetwood.

The contractor will refurbish the main building where teaching is delivered and the halls of residence next door.

The refurbishment works will be phased to minimise the impact on the colleges activities which will continue through the refurbishment programme.

A budget of between £3.5m and £5m has been set aside for the work.

The deadline for expressions of interest to participate in the tender is 20 January.
