College deal fills Orbit’s Stockport office

Orbit Developments has completed a deal with Stockport College at Wellington House, which is now fully occupied.
Stockport College, an existing tenant in the building, has taken an additional 5,245 sq ft on a three-year lease on top of an initial 10,365 sq ft.
The further education college will use the space for administration and training services while the redevelopment of the college campus is underway.
Orbit Developments has nine office buildings in Stockport town centre. Quoting rents start at £9/sq ft.
