Coggins on board at Miller
Miller Homes has appointed Paul Coggins, previously senior land manager at Redrow Homes Lancashire, as its land director for the North West.
The housebuilder said the appointment comes as it seeks to acquire more land across the region.
Coggins joins the business with 17 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry. Prior to his four-year stint at Redrow, he spent six years with Russell Homes and has also worked for Bellway, Morris Homes and Metier Property.
At Miller, he will be responsible for the company’s new land opportunities and securing new deals and planning processes in order to bring more homes to the North West, working with Miller’s technical, commercial and sales teams in order to ensure all operational contributions are co-ordinated into the land acquisition procedure.
Miller currently has seven active developments across the North West, including recent openings in Catterall and Blackburn, along with a 200-unit phase at Omega South in Warrington. The Scottish-headquartered group completed 330 homes in the region last year.
Coggins said: “I am thrilled to be working with Miller Homes as the new land director. It’s a fantastic opportunity and I’m very excited about the challenge of bringing in more developments to the area to drive business growth in this competitive market.”
Brilliant Paul – well done.
