CMPi moves in to new Maple Grove offices in Ellesmere Port

Maple Grove Developments has handed over a newly built 10,000 sq ft office in Ellesmere Port to business information publisher CMP Information.

CMPi, publisher of Property Week and Building among other titles, will relocate around 120 staff from several North West offices to the office on Cheshire Oaks Business Park. The largest office it will vacate is the Barbour ABI subsidiary's base at Hinderton Hall, Neston.

Maple Grove, part of the Eric Wright Group, prelet the new office near Cheshire Oaks outlet village to CMPi on a ten-year lease for an undisclosed sum. CMPi took occupation earlier this month.

The new building is the seventh at the park, where tenants include Barratt Homes, Mouchel, Protocol Skills and LMS.

Legat Owen is letting agent for Maple Grove.
