The portfolio comprises three North West properties; Bury Point, a 151,421 sq ft warehouse in Radcliffe, let to Wincanton on behalf of Morrison's Supermarket; Broadgate Point in Chadderton, 149,600 sq ft warehouse let to Ebay Enterprises and Camwatch; and Zip 56 in Runcorn, a multi-let industrial estate totaling 47,148 sq ft where tenants include Cash Converters and Freight First.

Manchester-based King Street Commercial acted on behalf of Clearbell Capital. B8RE acted on behalf of Pin Property alongside Davies Harrison.

Ted Murray, director of King Street Commercial, said: "This was a complex and sought-after portfolio and we were delighted to have secured this deal for our client. The North West continues to attract a lot of new investors to the region and Clearbell has a strong reputation for delivering."
