Claremont wins two new contracts in region

Warrington-based Claremont Group Interiors has gained £3.336m worth of projects across the UK.

European investment firm Altium in Manchester and Knowsley PCT have both awarded the Claremont with fit-out contracts, alongside Convergys at Quorum Business Park in Newcastle and law firm Maples and Calder in Leeds.

The contract win with Knowsley Primary Care Trust is Claremont's first contract with the NHS following its acceptance on to the NW Consortium of NHS Trusts' Approved List of Consultants and Contractors.

Claremont is also awaiting news of several other potential appointments.

Mike Gardner, managing director at Claremont, said: "The last few months have been busy for Claremont and we're looking forward to that continuing well in to the New Year. The contracts we've won have come from a variety of different sectors across the country, including our recent win with Knowsley PCT opening up a new avenue with the NHS."

As well as new contract wins, Claremont has completed £3.87m worth of projects around the country, including the fit-out of Shoosmiths at Spinningfields in Manchester and Liverpool's Royal Liver building's atrium and north/south corridor in the North West.

Gardner added: "The Royal Liver has been a great contract for us. While we have just finished one project, work continues within the building and we look forward to our relationship with Royal Liver Assurance carrying on well in to 2010. The legal and financial sectors have also proved to be strong sectors for us and we're hopeful of announcing several new contract wins in that area in the New Year."

Claremont has also completed work at Advanced Medical Solutions' headquarters in Winsford, Cheshire.
