Claremont appoints building services manager

Warrington-based Claremont Group Interiors has appointed Gordon Deas to the newly created role of building services manager.

Deas joins Claremont's contracting team from Kier Construction where he spent two and a half years working as a building services design manager on new build and refurbishment projects across the UK, including schools, academies, fire stations, commercial offices and hospitals.

Tim Frankland, joint managing director of Claremont Group Interiors, said: "The decision to appoint a building services manager enables us to deliver more sophisticated mechanical and electrical solutions for our clients in a highly cost effective manner.

"Typically, M&E accounts for the largest element of projects so Gordon's appointment gives us even greater control of the contracts we deliver and adds another specialist skill to our in-house team."
