City West Housing Trust moves into Centenary House

City West Housing Trust has let 21,757 sq ft of office space at Centenary House in Eccles.

The not-for-profit housing company has taken a ten-year lease at the property owned Visage Group.

The four-storey building totals 100,000 sq ft and was completed at the beginning of the year as the principle headquarters for the Visage Group, which already occupies the first and second floors.

The third floor at Centenary House, totalling 22,000 sq ft, remains available to let.

David Laws of Edwards & Co, acting agents for Visage Group, said: "21,700 sq ft is a significant letting and undoubtedly the largest amount of office space let in Eccles for some considerable time. In a market where occupiers are becoming increasingly cost-conscious, the building offers exceptional value for money by comparison to neighbouring options in Salford Quays and Manchester city centre."

Urban Vision Partnership acted on behalf of City West Housing Trust, while King Sturge is joint agent at Centenary House.
