City housing portfolio on offer at £2.8m

Edward Symmons has brought a residential portfolio in Liverpool to market containing 44 terraced houses in areas including Anfield and Kensington.

The freehold portfolio currently produces a total rent roll of £125,688 a year and has the potential to generate an estimated £188,089 a year.

The £2.8m guide gives the houses an average price of just £63,000 a property, reflecting their rundown locations. The houses have a mix of two, three and four bedrooms and are let on assured shorthold tenancies.

Edward Symmons said the properties were being sold by the receiver and declined to disclose the previous owner's identity.
