City Air Express commits to Westbrook Park
Industrial landlord Segro has secured a letting at its Westbrook Park development within Trafford Park.
City Air Express, a courier and parcel delivery service company, has taken 3,434 sq ft Unit 28 on a five year lease for an undisclosed rent.
City Air Express was previously a sub-tenant of another unnamed occupier on Westbrook Park and decided to relocate to its own premises once the sub-tenancy expired.
City Air Express joins other tenants including Select Logistics, Gilgen Door Systems and Flywee Recycling.
Hazel Lambert, senior leasing surveyor for Segro, said: "We invested £160,000 to refurbish these units last year in order to improve the standard of accommodation and working environment for our customers. As a result of this investment, we have seen a surge in take-up at the Park, with six new companies taking occupation in the last 8 months, so we are pleased to see that the improvements have been well received."
