Citibank swaps agents on Salford sub-let

Citibank has appointed Knight Frank to market 42,800 sq ft at No.1 Exchange Quay in Salford Quays, replacing Savills as sole agent for the space.

Andrew Johnson of Knight Frank said: "No.1 Exchange Quay is a landmark building in Salford Quays and benefits from the fantastic transport links, with its own dedicated Metrolink at Exchange Quay and fantastic access to the M602 and surrounding North West motorway networks."

Johnson added: "There are currently leases in place on the first four floors which expire in March 2012, however we have been appointed to sub-let the accommodation on a floor by floor basis. The floors are currently set out in an open plan layout but can be sub-divided to provide suites of 3,000 sq ft upwards."
