Church Walks arcade up for sale at £2m

Commercial agent Smith & Sons has been appointed by investor Ashgar to sell Ormskirk's Church Walks shopping arcade for £2m.

Church Walks is situated in Ormskirk town centre between Church Street and Burscough Street.

The two-storey arcade comprises 15 shop units, currently used for a variety of retail purposes, a 90-cover restaurant and three office suites.

The arcade has an estimated fully let annual rental income of £213,600.

Current rental income is £204,700 a year.
