Chorley industrial estate hits £1.5m

Nolan Redshaw acting on behalf of a private family trust, has acquired the Low Mill Industrial Estate in Whittle-Le-Woods, Chorley, for £1.5m.

Low Mill is a mixed industrial estate with mainly local covenants, producing an income of £130,000 a year. The estate was acquired from a private investor, John Ainsworth. Ainsworth was unrepresented.

Mike Redshaw, director of Nolan Redshaw, said: "We believe the estate provides an opportunity for solid income growth, as well as strong potential for future redevelopment."
