Children’s charity moves to Matchworks

The Five Children & Families Trust has taken a unit at Urban Splash's Matchworks in south Liverpool.
The charity, which supports the development of children and families in Speke, has taken a six-year lease on a 3,513 sq ft office unit in the building, which was refurbished by Urban Splash early in 2007.
The deal follows a run of lettings in Urban Splash's Liverpool portfolio. In the Tea Factory in the Ropewalks area of the city centre, Liverpool PCT took a 4,555 sq ft unit and bespoke interior designer MYO Group a 1,600 ft ground floor unit.
