Chester Grosvenor Shopping Centre for sale

The 250,000 sq ft Grosvenor Shopping Centre in Pepper Street has been put on the market with a £67m guide price.

Owners Carlyle Properties and Bride Hall Estates have appointed Strutt & Parker and Cushman & Wakefield to sell the property.

Carlyle and Bride Hall bought the shopping centre in 2008 from Capital & Regional for £280m as part of a three-asset portfolio.

Occupiers include Debenhams, TK Maxx, H&M, and restaurants Patisserie Valerie and Piccolino.

All parties declined or were unavailable to comment.
