Chester college of law now refurbished

Chester-based Acies has completed the £1.26m refurbishment of The College of Law Christleton Hall campus, located near Chester.

The property and construction consultancy advised on the project management and structural engineering for the historic site.

Work was expected to be complete in September, however, the various schemes were completed simultaneously, in time for the start of the academic year, seven months ahead of schedule.

The college is also due to expand its regional base to offer a new campus in the heart of Manchester. The new 22,000 sq ft campus is expected to be unveiled in September this year.

Acies was founded five years ago and has offices in Edinburgh, Chester and Manchester.
