Cheshire office sold for £2m

Knight Frank and Fifield Glyn have advised Helphire Group on the disposal of Chelford House, a 37,064 sq ft office block at Gadbrook Park, on the outskirts of Northwich, Cheshire.
The office was sold to Crystal Properties for just over £2m, reflecting a net initial yield of 20.97%. Tenants at Chelford include Talk Talk and Residential Management Group.
Gadbrook Park is a purpose-built business park with occupiers including Barclays, AMEC, BAM, Balfour Beatty and Close Brothers.
