Cheetham & Mortimer hires graduate

David Kos, a graduate of Reading University, has joined the professional department at retail and leisure consultants Cheetham & Mortimer in Manchester.

Kos will assist on various professional matters including rent review, lease renewal, and valuation. He will also be involved in investment work. In due course he will have the opportunity to work in each of the practice's departments including agency for in-town and out-of-town retail and leisure schemes as well as development work.

Cheetham & Mortimer now employs 14 people. Andy Guest, partner, Cheetham & Mortimer, said: "David is already proving to be a valuable and motivated member of the team.
