Charles Topham secures first deal at Bolton offices
Charles Topham Group has signed its first occupier at the speculative Springfield Court office development on Manchester Road, Bolton.
Tax specialist 1st Ethical bought 3,630 sq ft at an undisclosed price to house its national headquarters. The building was handed over for fit-out in August.
Springfield Court comprises 46,000 sq ft of office space in five buildings designed by Stephenson Bell Architects.
Bashir Timol, director of 1st Ethical, said: "In order to better service our growing client portfolio, we have been looking for a larger head office for some time and we are very pleased with the space that we have found.
"By taking this building we are signalling our commitment to the regional economy and strengthening our commitment to Bolton."
Richard Topham, managing director of Charles Topham Group, based in Bolton, said: "Bolton's commercial property market is going through something of a sea change at the moment with companies demanding a higher level of quality than ever before.
