Industrial developer Chancerygate has brought two sites to market on behalf of Carlisle City Council, the first under its asset management agreement with the local authority which began late last year.
Agent Carigiet Cowen has been appointed to market the prominent sites close to J44 of the M6. Both sites are part of the Kingstown Industrial Estate and Parkhouse Business Park, which Chancerygate manages for the council. The estates cover 200 acres and are home to more than 140 occupiers.
The sites are each around 2.8 acres large. Expressions of interest are being sought for bespoke design-and-build opportunities which Chancerygate will build-out and then lease to occupiers.
