CDP sells Chadderton office

Yorkshire-based Commercial Development Projects, advised by DTZ, has sold a self-contained office of 4,083 sq ft at Zebra Court, Greenside Way in Chadderton to construction firm J Greenwood for a price equating to £165/sq ft.

Zebra Court provides six office buildings near junction 21 of the M60, north of Manchester. The deal follows the disposal of three buildings of 12,254 sq ft to investment vehicle Pinder Fry Benjamin. Only two buildings remain available to purchase.
