CDP Northwich offices fully occupied

Commercial Development Project’s 72,000 sq ft Admiral Court office village at Cheshire Business Park in Northwich is now fully occupied.

Payzone UK, a leading consumer payment acceptance network, is set to relocate from its current premises in Gadbrook Park having agreed a 10-year lease for one of the self-contained offices, of 5,088 sq ft.

Admiral Court is the latest phase of CDP’s Cheshire Business Park scheme, completed in 2012, comprising 14 self contained ranging in size from 3,085 sq ft to 7,082 sq ft. Other occupiers include Comms Care, Parker Design and Dechra Pharmaceuticals. Quoting rental levels for the office buildings are at £18.50/sq ft. Cushman & Wakefield and Fifield Glyn are joint letting agents on the park.

Jonathan Baucher, partner at Cushman & Wakefield said the park has outline consent for a further 60,000 sq ft which is being reserved for prelet interest and was unlikely to be built out speculatively. Other plots originally meant for commercial use have been sold for residential.

Williams Commercial represented Payzone.
