CDP completes deal with Stannah

Simon Marshall's development company has agreed a letting with Stannah Lifts at Cinnabar Court in Daresbury Park, Warrington.

The tenant has taken a new lease on Unit 8b, which totals 3,090 sq ft. The deal follows closely behind another with Assura Medical at the same site.

Paul Smith from letting agent Jones Lang LaSalle said: "Whilst interest in the scheme has always been good, actual commitment to the speculative development at Cinnabar Court has really picked up with another four units presently under offer in addition to the letting secure to Stannah. Seventeen speculative units were constructed on the development and these additional lettings will make a massive impact on the scheme's availability."
