CDHT reveals latest Boughton scheme
Chester & District Housing Trust has released plans of a £1.7m development of 16 apartments in Hoole Lane, Boughton.
The development will include 8 two-bed and 8 one-bed apartments and is within the proposed business district area in Boughton.
The project is the latest of the trust's portfolio to be completed with Wain Court in Saughall, Hoole House in Hoole and Kingslea being completed this year.
CDHT has also finished a £2.7m development of 30 apartments in Heath Lane, Boughton.
CDHT is looking to complete Hoole Lane as part of a proposed 600 home development programme.
Dave Soothill, assistant director of asset management and development at CDHT, said: "Proposed developments like this are pleasing to see as it shows that whatever happens to a local community we will work with them to improve their environment. We have and will continue to work closely with partners such as Cheshire West & Chester Council and stakeholders, including residents, to ensure the success of this scheme, which is an important part of our wider development programme. We are really pleased to be able to contribute to the regeneration of the proposed business district area and this is just a small part of the role we hope to play."
