CBRE’s revolving door as Eustance leaves and three arrive

Peter Eustance, valuations director in the Liverpool office of CB Richard Ellis, has been made redundant after 15 years with the firm, while the property management team is growing.

Eustance left at the end of September and plans to take a break before returning to work. No other Liverpool staff were made redundant at the same time. Twelve months ago, a handful of staff including office agency director Chris Hennessy, left the Castle Chambers office. Hennessy later joined Edmund Kirby in Liverpool.

Meanwhile, CBRE said it had made three appointments to its property management team, headed by senior director John Lea.

Peter Eiselt, Carole Bawden and Andy Ward have all joined the company this month. Eiselt joined from Broll, an affiliate of CB Richard Ellis in South Africa. Bawden is returning to CBRE as a regional facilities manager following a stint in Birmingham. Ward's joins from Bruntwood as regional operations manager responsibility for consistency, improved processes and standards across all of CBRE's managed properties in the North West.

why focus on the negative and the past?
