CBRE’s Ogden to run Leeds office

John Ogden, head of office agency for CB Richard Ellis in the North West, has been promoted to become managing director of the Leeds office.

He will also become head of office agency for the entire Nothern region, covering Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.

Ogden replaces Charles Wardroper who became managing director of CBRE's business in Poland in December 2008.

Martin Samworth, managing director, CBRE UK, said: "John and his team have been successful in growing an impressive instruction list which has helped to raise the market profile of CBRE in the North West. As head of office agency he will be able to use his knowledge to create better connectivity across the region for the benefit of both the CBRE business and our clients."

Ogden said he intends to "remain close to key instructions" in the North West despite being based in Leeds.

He added: "All our clients will benefit from access to greater expertise and an enhanced service offering."
