CBRE strengthens due diligence team

CBRE has announced that Nicola Woolford has been appointed as head of national portfolios for technical due diligence instructions, based in Manchester.

Woolford has been with CBRE in the North West and London since 2008. She joined from Edmund Kirby in Liverpool.

Woolford was involved in the £750m sale of the David Lloyd Portfolio in 2013. She is a fellow of the RICS and sits on the RICS Building Surveying Professional Group Board.

Angela Seddon, head of building consultancy North West, said: "It's great to have Nicola back in the North West, bringing with her the valuable experience she has gained in London and the key contacts made there. The new role will help us develop this offering further across the country from this central location, and demonstrates the ability we have to act nationally on key large technical due diligence instructions."
