CBRE shortlists three for Amaze

Marketing and media firm Amaze, part of the listed Hasgrove group, has reopened its search for a Liverpool office.

CB Richard Ellis has shortlisted three buildings for the 5,000 sq ft requirement: Royal Liver Building, Walker House at Exchange Flags and One Derby Square.

Amaze originally retained CBRE for a search for 10,000 sq ft more than a year ago and picked Walker House. But the company later withdrew from the deal as it underwent a restructuring. In early 2009, it opted for a new HQ in Manchester at Bluetree Estates' Chapel Studios in Castlefield.

The requirement was scaled down in Liverpool due to a number of staff moving to the Manchester headquarters.

All parties declined to comment.
