CBRE recruits JLL’s Dymock

CB Richard Ellis has appointed former Jones Lang LaSalle employee Nicola Dymock as a senior surveyor in its North West valuation advisory and investment consulting team.

Dymock will be working between the Manchester and Liverpool offices in the new position, covering the commercial property firm's North West interests.

Dymock said: "CB Richard Ellis is one of the largest commercial property consultancies in the world and despite the challenging market conditions over the past eighteen months it has managed to maintain its position within the market by providing clients with the very best advice and support. I look forward to working as part of the North West team and to grow the valuation offering in the region."

Christine Hanson, managing director of CB Richard Ellis North West, added: "Nicola is set to be a great asset for our North West business and we look forward to the benefit of her knowledge and experience."

Dymock was based in London at Jones Lang LaSalle for six years, working in a investment advisory and fund management role covering the whole UK. During her time at JLL, Dymock was chosen for secondment to Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, where she took on the asset management of 20 properties in its portfolio.
