CBRE recruits director from Cushman & Wakefield

Gary Yeardley Touyz has been appointed as a director within CBRE’s operational real estate team, with a focus on the healthcare valuation advisory sector. He is based in the international commercial real estate company’s Manchester office.

Yeardley Touyz previously held a similar role at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was an associate director and regional healthcare lead for the North for four years. Prior to that, he worked with Christie & Co, Normie & Company and Pearson Ferrier.

Yeardley Touyz specialises in high-value luxury new-build care homes, according to CBRE. He has experience in both portfolio and individual valuations in the healthcare sector, ranging from care homes for the elderly to high-dependency specialist care facilities for children.

With CBRE, Yeardley Touyz will e focused on working with both new and existing clients within the healthcare sector.
