CBRE promotes nine

CBRE has promoted nine across its Manchester and Liverpool offices, including head of the Northern land and development team Steven Verity who has been promoted to senior director.

Alex Russell, in office agency, and Will Kennon, capital markets, have both been promoted to directors in Manchester.

Ben Golby, building consultancy in Manchester, David Vernon, rating in Manchester, and Darren Hill, in Liverpool industrial agency, have all been made associate directors.

Three have also been promoted to senior surveyor level in the Manchester office; Jamie Bottomley and Michelle Rothwell are both part of the office agency team, while Nick Huddleston is from the hospitality and leisure team.
