CBRE promotes four and recruits two
CB Richard Ellis has made four senior promotions and two new appointments to its North West valuation advisory and investment consulting team.
Nicky Dymock, who joined CBRE as a senior surveyor from Jones Lang LaSalle last April, and Iain Selbie have been promoted to associate director.
Nick Mullins, who heads up the team, was promoted to senior director, while Prina Shah was promoted to senior surveyor.
The firm has strengthened the existing team by appointing surveyors Nick Huddleston and John Dunlop. Huddleston joins from Mouchel and Dunlop from Capita Symonds.
Mullins, who took charge of the team in 2008, said: "We have performed exceptionally well through difficult market conditions over the past couple of years as a result of the diversity of our offering, which is a credit to the capabilities and professionalism of the team. The recruitment of John and Nick further strengthens our offering and ensures that we are extremely well placed to continue to deliver a first class service to our clients."
