CBRE hires from Bruntwood

Mark Garner has joined the consultancy’s Manchester office from Bruntwood as a senior surveyor in the office agency team.

While at Bruntwood, Garner held positions within the regional asset management and sales teams, picking up experience in management of rent at risk portfolios, expansion and relocation work, undertaking building decants and driving lettings.

As an ancillary role, he was responsible for the management and growth of Bruntwood’s rooftop telecoms income stream.

At CBRE, he will work within the city centre and across the region, undertaking both acquisition and disposal projects with a focus on landlord disposals.

Key office instructions for the firm currently include 3 Hardman Square, One New York Street, Piccadilly Place and Towers Business Park.
