CBRE hires asset manager from GVA

CBRE’s Manchester office has appointed Ben Moorhouse as director in asset management, joining from Bilfinger GVA.

Moorhouse will work on Harbert Management Corporation’s UK industrial portfolio, which includes Trafford Park and Heywood Distribution Park in the North West.

Moorhouse spent six years at Bilfinger GVA, and previously worked at industrial property investor Segro when it owned Trafford Park and Heywood Distribution Park. Moorhouse has also worked at Kenmore, Savills, King Sturge and Enterprise.
