CBRE claims record rent at Sharston Green
KDC Contractors has taken unit 1 Sharston Green at £6.25/sq ft for ten years, setting a new record industrial rent for the area.
The decommissioning, demolition and remediation specialist joins other occupiers such as Airline Services and the Authentic Food Group.
The 28,000 sq ft Sharston Green distribution/production unit is located close to Manchester Airport and just five miles away from Manchester city centre.
