CBRE appoints former WHR office agent

Alex Russell has joined CBRE as associate director from WHR Property Consultants, where he spent five years.
In addition, Will Kennon, also associate director, has moved from office agency to capital markets, otherwise known as investment.
John Ogden, managing director of CBRE Manchester, said: "Alex is extremely well respected within the industry, and has a great deal of experience within the North West market."
He continued: "2011 was a strong year for our North West office agency team, despite the challenging market – we ended the year with the strongest results in five years of office leasing. With the team strengthened even further, we look forward to an even better 2012."
